Beach life at its best.
With barefoot living at the heart of Grand Cayman's scene, Kaibo is a welcome member of the island's beachfront hangouts, as one of the last independently operated venues.
Having already attracted a loyal following of those in the know, both as a relaxed hangout for toes-in-the-sand drinks in the sun and an excellent weekend lunch venue, the 'Saturday Sessions' is a fabulous live-music day party to add to the mix. Book a table on the cosy, fairy-lit beach overlooking the North Sound, listen to live music, and tuck into snacks and drinks right on the sand.
Locals come here on weekends for a mudslide, or three. Kaibo's craft cocktails are well paired with the sea-to-table appetisers: ahi poke, smoked fish pâté, snapper ceviche, fish cakes and conch fritters to name a few.
Throughout August, Upstairs at Kaibo restaurant celebrates three nights per week before it's annual closure, with a 6-course dinner everyone will remember.
Bring friends, bring family, join us, and join in at your favourite beach bar.

Barefoot coffee, on the beach
If you haven't already, we encourage you to reach for the finest coffee on island. Once you taste coffee this good, it's hard to accept less. Pair with a couple of fresh croissants, and step into the sand with a glorious sea view. You'll want to hang around, until the crushed-ice mudslides start at noon.
Kaibo Espresso is Cayman's only beachside cafe, open for breakfast, with the smoothest craft roasted Colombian coffee and hot flaky croissants fresh out the oven.
