Members/Colleagues,

Given the changed and changing circumstances we all work and live in these days, we decided it was time for us to take a look at the way we operate and get your general feedback on the functioning of both the MR Forest Hub and the SWG.

Apart from the external impacts of the 2019-20 fires and covid, the establishment of the Hub has certainly changed the dynamics of our operation very significantly. Most importantly that now sees us being able to operate across the state border and have the very welcome inclusion of our colleagues from NE Vic involved in looking at how the industry, as a whole, can address common issues and opportunities in this region.

I know you probably get a lot of survey requests so we have tried to keep our survey here as short as possible.

If a question doesn’t seem relevant to you, please skip over it and just provide input where you think it is most appropriate.

Put simply, we would like to know:

a. What you like/don’t like;

b. What would you like to see/hear/do more of;

c. What you would like less of;

d. How both groups could be more helpful/relevant for you or the organisation you represent.

If you can complete this survey by the 18th Aug, we will have the results available to discuss at the quarterly meeting on the 26th.
