Hello Terravita Art League Members,
TAL had a very successful season last year, and we are looking forward to an even better one next year! As we begin renewing memberships, your Art League Board is busy preparing for the next season, We've got lots of goodies awaiting you: Classes (perennial favorites as well as exciting new ones), Cultural Evenings, Trips, Art Forums, a whole season of Creative Mondays, our Annual Art Exhibit, and TAL's Annual Studio Tour.
When Class Registration opens in September, we know you'll want to be ready to sign up. Registration for Membership for 2022-2023 is open now, so go online while you're thinking about it! That way you'll be ready for all the activities we have scheduled for the fall.
When you go online, you may notice some changes in our website. Our founding website creator, Karen Marvel, has handed the care of our website into the capable hands of Gene Hanson. Karen literally transformed the Art League by creating our website and bringing us into the digital age. Thank you Karen for all you've done...and thank you Gene for taking over this important task.
To RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP, here are your instructions:
1. Go to terravitaartleague.org and click on the Membership tab.
2. Because we've changed our computer systems, you will need to reset your password. Simply log in as usual and click on "Forgot My Password." Your new password will be sent to your email. You can continue to use the password we've given you or you can input your own.
3. Now that you're logged in, you can update any personal information necessary.
4. If you've changed your email address, email Gene Hanson at genehanson.com@gmail.com, and he will correct it for the website.
As a reminder, please note the following:
1. Our payment options are now simply "PayPal" or "Send a Check." But no worries. You can still use your credit card. When you select PayPal, choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card." It's safe and secure. Or, if you have a PayPal account, you can choose that option,
2. If you wish to "Send a Check" you will find the correct address on the website. Send your check made out to Terravita Art League to the address listed. Allow 4 - 5 days for the administrative process to go through. You will be notified when your check is received.
And that's it! Easy...Peasy! Except...if you have any problems, email Gene Hanson at genehanson.com@gmail.com, and he will give you a friendly and expert hand.
And last, something to think about - and maybe even get started on during the summer. We will be inviting our members to participate in an exhibit in the fall entitled "Make Me Smile!" As usual any medium will be accepted. Just thinking about this fun exhibit makes me smile. I hope you'll want to participate.
