The TD Summer Reading Program continues throughout August with exciting programs planned for the rest of summer. Children can connect, explore and learn all while having fun. Check out the upcoming programs!
On July 20th, the Library hosted Paul Wagenaar of the United Way, who presented "Uncovering the Hidden Hunger Problem". The event took place at Kimberley Hall where Paul discussed the hidden food insecurity issue in the area and across Canada. He revealed the harsh realities of living in a First World Country and shared information about the data tool Food Bruce Grey, as well as the United Way’s advocacy website www.foodthoughts.ca.
