Be in the room

Come and hear the work of local singer songwriters - be in the room where the music making happens! The Darebin Songwriters Guild always delivers the new, the familiar, the surprising and the heart warming.
This session is no different, we will hear from new talent and old friends, sharing their own work and telling their own stories.

Join us at the back room of Bar 303
Bring your friends and support local live music!

At the Guild, we support local artists. You can too by coming along to a session or by sharing our Facebook event to help spread the word about our community of musicians.

AUGUST SONGWRITING WORKSHOPS

At our songwriting workshops, people take turns playing a song to each other and get feedback, comments, suggestions, and so on. It’s great for improving your songs and learning to think about them in different ways.

The August workshops are on Monday 22nd (in person in Thornbury) and Wednesday 24th (online over Zoom). The optional theme, for those who want to write a song specifically for the workshop, is THE UNKNOWN.

If you’d like to attend, please use our booking form to book a spot in one of the  workshops. (If the link doesn’t work, copy and paste this link into your web browser:  https://forms.gle/Rp51LSed26Qxty2d7
If you have any questions about the workshop, email Dean at workshops@darebinsongwritersguild.org
