Health To-Do List
Make sure you bring your provincial Health Card or UHIP to school with you (not just a photo of it on your phone).
Check any coverage you may have through a family health plan and compare it to the SGPS health & dental plan to see if opting out is right for you (opt-out deadline is September 30).
Preventing Sexual Violence We all have a role to play to help keep our community safe.
Complete the online module It Takes All of Us to learn more about sexual violence, healthy relationships, and consent.
Get Your Academic Accommodations in Place If you need class or exam accommodations due to functional impacts related to a disability, register now with Queen’s Student Accessibility Services (QSAS) through the university’s new Ventus system.

Any time during the year, if something comes up unexpectedly outside of your control, including COVID-19, and it’s affecting your academics or your ability to take an exam, you need to request academic consideration for extenuating circumstances.
