Dear Members and Friends of NAIN,
The World Interfaith Network is putting together a week of programing next month entitled “Interfaith Awareness Week.” I will run from August 7-13. The week of programming is aimed at fostering “world wide interfaith partnerships” in order to “promote peace throughout the world.”
NAIN will be facilitating a panel entitled, “Story Telling and the Virtue of Listening” at 1 pm EST (12 pm CST, 11 am MT, 10 AM PST). During this session we will talk about the value of story telling as well as work to cultivate the virtue of active listening.
A zoom link will be sent out the morning of the panel. However, if you would like the link earlier, it will be available soon on the World Interfaith Website (here).
It is our hope that many of you will be able to attend the session, and we also hope you scroll through the list of other participants to see what additional sessions may be of interest to you or your faith community!
