How can we help our students understand that history is all around them and past events have ramifications that we can see today? How can we use innovative teaching strategies to engage our students and promote historical understanding? Join us for a series of keynote lectures, sharing sessions, and active workshops to discuss the topic of history outside the classroom. This webinar series is free of charge and only a few spots remain!

In the meantime, we also invite you to take a look at the series' three-part recording on oral history with Bridget Martin.
History Outside of the Classroom: Recorded sessions on using oral history. The recording is based on a teaching strategy produced for the Histories that Connect - Sri Lanka project.
