Food and Toiletries Drive for Youngstown City School District

A few weeks ago, Sarah Lowry and Reverend Joseph shared with us a joint program of the OSU Extension Mahoning County, 4-H, and the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). 
 
This partnership is asking for donations of food and toiletries for the students of the Youngstown City Schools. There is a drop-off site in Canfield, but from now until Sunday, July 24th, a collection box will be available in Channing Hall. The gathered donation from UUYO will be delivered before the July 28th deadline.
 
Please bring these items:
 
Nonperishable and shelf-stable foods (Single-serve, microwavable foods are high priority!)
 
Cereal and Instant Oatmeal
Peanut Butter and Jelly
Fruit Cups and Applesauce
Crackers
Canned goods ~ soup, pasta, veggies
Macaroni & Cheese cups, etc.
 
Toiletries
 
Toothbrushes and Toothpaste
Shampoo and Conditioner
Feminine Hygiene Products
