Relating to the previous email concerning hotel reservations.

The Hotel contacted me today to remind me that today is the cutoff date for hotel reservations at our rate. We were unable to get them to extend it a few days to give people a little more time.

I just received another email telling me the website states July 31st as the hotel room cutoff date. The actual cutoff date is July 21st and this discrepancy unfortunately went unnoticed. 

I sincerely apologize for any issues this discrepancy may cause
