To Receive Good Gifts

Grace to you and Peace in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

As Jesus taught his disciples about prayer, he said "ask, and it will be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you." It is true because prayer has power. But prayer is not a service request form to God. Through prayers, God accepts our hearts, and we understand God's heart. It is a way for mutual understanding and unity. We can also grow in the prayers so that what we ask God gradually becomes what God wants. Gracious God has already prepared good things for us. We can have it only by asking God. However, asking God requires one qualification: the grace of Jesus Christ. Ask God as remembering the grace. Ask God with the heart of Christ. Ask God in the name of Jesus. Then, all the good gifts, especially the Holy Spirit will be given to you.

Blessings,
