Dakota BUSINESS Finance is a local CDC that continually reinvests in the communities it works with. Through its Rural Initiative Community Lender awards, Dakota Business Finance is able to give back to the communities it did SBA 504 loans in. Prizes are awarded based on the number of SBA 504 loans approved with Dakota BUSINESS Finance in the federal fiscal year per community. Communities of less than 50,000 are eligible to participate.

The Sleep Inn in North Liberty, IA, has 72 guest rooms and is conveniently located off of the Penn Street exit of I-380. Amenities of the property include an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, guest laundry facility, and complimentary breakfast.

Hughes Law Office has been providing legal counsel and advocacy to clients throughout South Dakota and Nebraska for more than 35 years. The business specializes in adoptions and related proceedings, real property law, trials and appeals involving professional negligence, serious personal injury and wrongful death claims, along with commercial and business disputes.

Derek Simonsen of The First National Bank in Sioux Falls worked with Dakota BUSINESS Finance to assist Reflection Detail with an SBA 504 loan for the purchase a building in Sioux Falls, SD.
Reflection Detail started operations in 1999 as a one-man mobile detailing service working mostly on personal vehicles. When the business moved to a permanent location in Sioux Falls, the business took an interest in reconditioning and detailing used semi-tractors for dealerships, trucking companies, and independent truckers. Reflection Detail currently details used trucks for 20 dealerships in Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota.

ANCO Underground specializes in turnkey services for the utility and telecommunication industries. Services provided include utility installation, civil construction, and fiber optic splicing. ANCO Underground has locations in both Sioux Falls and Rapid City, SD.

TSK Laundry goes by Sioux Falls Laundry and is known for its large capacity, clean, and well lit laundromats. The business also provides fold and dry services for individuals and business in the area. TSK Laundry has three locations in Sioux Falls: west side 26th & Sertoma, east side 18th & Cleveland, and north side 6th & West.

Pleasant Dutch Dairy is a family owned milking operation and has been in operation since 2010. The dairy has the capacity to milk more than 2,000 cows three times per day. The new construction and renovations will maximize efficiency in the milking parlor.

Creative Metal Solutions was founded in 2007 to meet the needs of HVAC contractors in the region. The business manufactures HVAC and other sheet-metal fabricated materials, including spiral (round ductwork), connectors, vents for grain bins, and other various items. As a local source for these materials, customers benefit from timely on-site delivery and superior product design.
