A Note from Pastor Norm:
This Sunday I will be sharing some practical counsel about our future at BMC. The general outline is:

Thanks for being such a good congregation for an interim pastor.
The needed soft gentle breeze of change is coming.
The gap between generations has never been greater than it is today in the church. Practical ideas on how to bridge that gap.
The spiritual gift of encouragement must rise to the top o fall spiritual gifts now and for the long-range future of our church.

See you Sunday if all goes according to prayers and plans.

Two Delicious Get-togethers in the Near Future!

August 7, Installation, First Sermon,
and Fellowship Meal

Pastor Kelley's first sermon as Lead Pastor at Beulah will be at 10:15 on Sunday, August 7. The service will be followed by a delicious meal of fried chicken, ham, and whatever you bring. Drinks will also be provided. Please plan on coming and staying for lunch. RSVP here with the number in your family. We have about 50 signed up and expect about 50 more guests. Won't you sign up so that we ensure that we have enough meat and seats for everyone? Also please bring a few dishes to add to the table.

Tuesday, August 9, Ice Cream Social

We will meet in the small fellowship hall to share ice cream and toppings and then hear from Pete and Ursula! This will be a great informative time with missionaries that we support. Be sure to join us and bring your favorite topping!

Dave Carr turns 94 on Sunday! His daughter, Dawn Raeder, has invited us to join their celebration in the lobby after service on Sunday morning. Cards would be welcomed.

The new women's restroom and coffee area are progressing nicely!
