As we wrap up our Let It Go series, here at Dr.Ruby E. Powell & associates we wanted to leave you with a “Let It Go” Self-Care checklist that we believe will help you continue to let it go.

 

PRINT IT OUT AND POST IT SOMEWHERE YOU CAN SEE IT DAILY AS A REMINDER TO LET IT GO!!!!

 
  • Take it moment by moment

  • Listen to how you feel when talking or spending time with the people in your life

  • Eliminate bad habits that may be causing some of the stressors in your life and don’t give those who are causing stress access to you

  • Don’t add to your already full plate: Delegate whenever possible, you don’t need to handle everything

  • Minding your business, protecting your peace, and letting go is the best way to help not only others but yourself as well!

  • GET RID OF:  A Limited mindset & Toxic Thinking

  • Stop Apologizing For Who You Are

  • Keep reminders of why you shouldn’t be afraid in plain sight

  • Stop submitting yourself to the opinions of others

  • Seek professional help

  • Don’t linger on a decision longer than a day

  • Put your phone on “do not disturb” mode
