Introducing Primary Math Masters - A program for Grades 1 & 2 students!
Our team of mathematics experts are thrilled to announce that Brain Power's proprietary math methods are now available to high-potential Grades 1 and 2 students.
Primary Math Masters is a first-of-its kind program is designed for high potential students in Grades 1 and 2. Young mathematicians will gain a passion for mathematics, an ability to think critically, skills to participate in national and international math competitions & logic and problem-solving skills that are the foundational for robotics, coding and STEM related fields.
In each individual class, students are exposed to a logic challenge, a focused theory lesson, a group activity and a puzzle that, once solved, will reveal a clue to unlock a final math challenge! Instruction includes, but is not limited to:
Core Curriculum
All subjects in both Canadian and US core curriculum for Grades 1 - 2 are covered, at an accelerated pace
Memory development
Brain Power memory-building technique
Patterning exercises
Logic and Problem-Solving Strategies
Kangaroo and other prestigious national and international math contest problem simulations
Crack-the-code logic puzzles
Spatial reasoning exercises utilizing our proprietary kits comprised of flats, rods and cubes
Riddles and puzzles relying on the application of core concepts
