Dear friends,
This Sunday is the 18th in Ordinary Time. In the Gospel reading Jesus tells the parable of the rich fool who places all his trust in material things rather than looking to God. It is a powerful reminder for us in a world where there are so many things to distract us from the spiritual life and the things of God. Click here for the scripture readings.
