Institute for Military and Veteran Family Wellness
Healthy relationships and connection with others plays a crucial role in maintaining personal wellness. At the Institute and the Veteran Spouse Network, this idea is a core component to how we approach our work and what sustains our peer support programming for SMVF. As July comes to a close, we encourage those working in the military and veteran social support space to focus on their own wellness. Take a look at the National Institutes of Health's mental wellness toolkit for resources on how to make social wellness a daily practice in your life.
