From the St. Luke Preschool Committee
The St. Luke Lutheran Church Preschool Committee, in striving to provide an outreach ministry of the St. Luke congregation to the young children within our community, oversees the operation of the St Luke Preschool.
  •  The Preschool Committee needs members who would be willing to serve on the Committee for a two-year term.  We have a monthly meeting (currently this happens online via Zoom) and we help with several social events that occur throughout the year for our St. Luke preschool children and their families.
  • We are also in need of church members with finance or accounting skills to serve on the Preschool Financial Team which consists of three to four members.  Members would share duties which include maintaining financial processes and records for the Preschool, monitoring income and expenses for the Preschool, drafting Budgets for the school year and summer school sessions, and preparing a monthly Treasurer’s Report for the Preschool Committee.
If you are interested in serving on the Committee or on the Finance Team, please contact Sally Quintana (sjquint1@gmail.com) or Mary Beth Garrett (mbg1111@me.com),  co-chairs of the Committee.

Father, you are the unfailing refuge of those who suffer—bring peace and comfort to the sick and the infirmed. Give all those who look after them knowledge, patience, and compassion. Inspire them with actions which will bring relief; words which will enlighten; and love which will bring comfort. We ask this through your son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
