Register Today: HOPWA Office Hours - HOPWA Annual Reporting with the New HOPWA Consolidated APR/CAPER - Data Collection Requirement, Systems, and Changes - September 7, 2022 - 2:00 EDT

The Office of HIV/AIDS Housing (OHH) is sponsoring office hours to review and answer questions related to the new Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Consolidated Annual Performance Reports (APR)/Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Reports (CAPER) annual reporting form and process, introduced on the August 9, 2022. The webinar materials will be posted soon.

This office hour on September 7, 2022, from 2:00 - 3:30 PM EDT will review HOPWA regulatory data collection requirements and how those fit into grantee and project sponsor data systems. It will also focus on the new and changed data elements on the HOPWA Consolidated APR/CAPER and answer some frequently asked questions regarding reporting and forthcoming changes. While grantees are required to collect and submit HOPWA data, these office hours may be useful for all grantee and project sponsor staff directly involved with HOPWA reporting.

As a reminder, for Formula and Competitive HOPWA grantees with annual performance reports due to HUD on or after January 1, 2023, the new Consolidated APR/CAPER reporting format will go into effect, superseding all previous HOPWA APR and CAPER forms.

Save the date for additional office hours that will focus on the process of submitting and validating the new HOPWA Consolidated APR/CAPER, to be held on October 5 and November 2, 2022 from 2:00 - 3:30 PM EDT. Registration for these office hours will be released in future HUD Exchange listserv announcements.
