2. Where you, and your members, are at in terms of striking
3. Where the local is at in terms of strategic planning for the year(s) ahead
4. What the main issues were in the previous round of bargaining
5. What the main issues for your local currently are
6 .Where are you at in terms of planning and discussing bargaining
7. What pressures are you currently under from members
