Attorney Robyn Stowell Says...
Board minutes should include enough information but not too much information. Goldilocks Minutes. The board’s two most important responsibilities are financial oversight and legal oversight. Every board meeting should include a discussion of the financial information, and the minutes should reflect that the club’s financial statements were reviewed

Bye-Bye Marcus!
Set to retire from Sahalee on August 26, Marcus will be missed by his PGA and CMAA friends.  Known for his love of Family, Golf and the Special Olympics, he mentored many in our industry and encouraged them to advance in their careers.  A great communicator, he could reduce complex theories to a few succinct, and sometimes salty, phrases . Story teller, schmoozer, successful leader... we just don't think he's going off into the sunset.   Send Marcus your farewells.
