refer your American colleagues and peers who may be interested in participating in this program.
Fulbright offers opportunities for faculty, administrators, artists, and professionals to teach, research, and exchange ideas in a wide variety of Portuguese institutions. Fulbright Scholars come from all academic and professional backgrounds and represent every career stage, from postdoctoral students to retired faculty.

American scholar who would be a strong candidate for the Fulbright U.S. Scholar grant in Portugal, please refer them
here. Program staff at the Institute of International Education (IIE), the organization that administers the Fulbright Program on behalf of the U.S. Department of State, will contact all referrals to provide them with information about the application process.
