TODAY: 2100 Guilford Building Listening Session

The Greater Greenmount Community Association is hosting two listening sessions to update the community on the current development plans for 2100 Guilford Ave (formerly Parole and Probation building) and gather your input!

Both listening sessions will be held at North Calvert Street Park just across the from the site at 22nd Street and N. Calvert Street.

Aug 11 6pm-7pm
Aug 27 5pm-6pm

Background information and proposed plans were discussed at our August 1 Land Use Committee Meeting. You may watch the meeting recording below. It is the first 20 minutes of the meeting.

For more information or to share your questions, concerns, and ideas, send it to landuse@greatergreenmount.org. Information from these in person sessions as well as from emails will be compiled and shared at the September 13 Community Meeting where representatives from the state will be present.

August 1 Land Use Committee Meeting

GGCA is the Community Association for Barclay and East Baltimore Midway. Membership dues are waived for the current year and you all are invited to become a member to be eligible to vote in organizational business such as by-law revisions, serve on the board, and run for a board position.
