Recently, as many people know, finding and hiring staff in the U.S. has been challenging. In order to maintain proper levels of service, we’ve supplemented our donor support team with some representatives in the Dominican Republic and South Africa. Our local staff regularly communicates with these teams to ensure the quality of service we’ve been providing for the past 20 years. We also continue to hire and coach local agents with the ability to work remotely.
We are always looking for ways to improve our services to better support your program and mission.
