Magnum Opus Magazine is excited to be publishing a print edition for 2023! We look forward to including a variety of student work and hope your students will consider submitting theirs. What a wonderful opportunity for them to see their work in print and to display it proudly to their family and friends.

We are looking for submissions from students from Units 2-9 as well as original artwork. If your student has used any of IEW's writing programs, consider culling through their work from this past year to find possible work to submit. 
 
Since the new print edition will focus on the theme of appreciation, your students may consider writing something fresh that reflects this idea. Is there someone in their family or friend community that they have a unique appreciation for? Perhaps there are some circumstances they have encountered that inspire a sense of appreciation in some way they had not previously considered. For Units such as 3 and 5, which are more creative, they might use a story or event where someone displays an appreciation for something.
 
When you are ready to submit their work, save the composition as a Word document and head over to the Magnum Opus Magazine's submission page. Read through the Writer's Guidelines and find the link to upload your student's work. You have until October 1, 2022 to submit compositions for consideration.
 
Do you have a budding artist in your home? We are looking for talented artists who may be willing to create a piece of art to accompany some of the essays that will be published. If your students are interested, please submit a piece or two of their work for us to view. Any medium is fine, such as sketches, watercolors, pastels, digital art, and even sculptures! We’ll be reaching out to several students soon asking them to help illustrate this new print edition.
