CR 229 from SR 44 to CR 462 Construction
Improvements commence September 12th, residents and business owners located on CR 229 will be able to access their properties during construction and will be notified at least 24 hours before any planned construction that will directly impact their driveways. Starting October 24th a detour will route other traffic. The completed project will upgrade the below standard two-lane facility to meet the current standards and growth.

Opportunity for Center Hill Homeowners
The City of Center Hill is seeking applicants for the Community Development Block Grant Program that can assist homeowners with repairs. The program is designed to perform repairs and improvements for low and low to moderate-income homeowners. Manufacturing is Moving Back to the U.S.
Supply chain issues continue to be on executives' minds. According to Bloomberg News, key words such as Reshoring, Nearshoring, and Onshoring are up over 1000% in earning calls and conference presentations. This increased discussion has led to $94.3 billion in manufacturing construction spending this year according to the most recent U.S Census Bureau report. This year's construction spending is the highest since 2002, in May alone construction spending was 26.3% higher than in May 2021.
