The program is designed to perform repairs and improvements for low and low to moderate-income homeowners. Manufacturing is Moving Back to the U.S.
Supply chain issues continue to be on executives' minds. According to Bloomberg News, key words such as Reshoring, Nearshoring, and Onshoring are up over 1000% in earning calls and conference presentations. This increased discussion has led to $94.3 billion in manufacturing construction spending this year according to the most recent U.S Census Bureau report. This year's construction spending is the highest since 2002, in May alone construction spending was 26.3% higher than in May 2021.
