YOUR FEEDBACK CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Please take a few minutes to respond to a survey prepared by the CASP Documentation SIG.

Technician/RBT Session Note Documentation Survey

This survey pertains to the codes that you bill for services provided by RBT/technician level staff and their daily session notes.

The goal of this survey is to accumulate benchmarking data with regard to how RBT/technician session notes (billed as 97153/97154 or H2019/H2014) are documented (e.g., workflow, content, etc.). We also hope to develop and/or revise session note templates based on payor communications.

Results will inform how we define and develop documentation standards and help providers more effectively communicate with payors.

Rethink Behavioral Health was launched to meet the needs of a rapidly growing population of pediatric therapy providers (ABA, speech, OT, and PT) working under the medical insurance model.

We learned that many providers were using multiple technologies to assist with clinical documentation, scheduling, training, and insurance billing. Many off-the-shelf platforms were not meeting their needs, and providers were seeking an all-in-one solution built for them.

RethinkBH is built and supported by clinicians for clinicians. By having experienced clinicians and operations experts intimately involved with the product development process, Rethink delivers the most intuitive, clinically advanced, and comprehensive technology platform to grow and manage your practice.
