To reach more young people across the country, we have translated our mental health journal, Thrive, into Braille! At mindyourmind, we are committed to improving the accessibility of our tools so more young people can benefit from them. As a mental health program, it is up to us to improve the way we speak about wellness, so everyone can be included. We are so excited to offer this book to Blind and visually impaired youth and are eager to continue our accessibility efforts beyond this translation.
mindyourmind created three infographics centered around cannabis. The infographics include tips about harm reduction, laws and terms related to substance abuse.

Check out natt0oo’s art!
“For me, making art transforms my messy thoughts in a picture, something that is not spoken, but felt.”

Community care is self care! These tips are about how we can connect back to our communities and support one another in a broader way.
