California Energy Commission - The CEC adopted a report establishing offshore wind goals and moving the state one step closer to development of the clean energy resource off California’s coast. Preliminary findings in the report set planning goals of 2,000-5,000 megawatts (MW) of offshore wind by 2030 and 25,000 MW by 2045, enough electricity to power 3.75 million initially and 25 million homes by mid-century.
Utility Dive - 'The California Public Utilities Commission released a proposal which, if approved, would get rid of gas line extension subsidies for all customers beginning in July 2023The proposal is one of many steps California is taking to decarbonize its buildings.

Large New Incentives for Energy Efficiency
ProspectSV
 - Municipal and commercial buildings may be eligible for $150 million to support peak reduction projects, including $60 million through PG&E. Called Market Access, the program targets non-residential, non-industrial buildings such as schools, government offices, and buildings for services like police, fire, public works, and recreation.
