Pastors for NC Children is excited about all the activities going on this month for "Leandro Month of Action" with our Coalition Partners Every Child NC (See the posts below with lots of details and plan to join us!). Director Rev. Suzanne Parker Miller was one of the guests this week on the Public School Forum's "Education Matters" weekly show. Check out a clip of the interview here.

You can catch the show this weekend:

Saturday at 5:00 AM and 7:30 PM, WRAL-TV (Raleigh/Durham/Fayetteville)
Sunday at 8:00 AM, FOX 50 (Raleigh/Durham/Fayetteville)
Sunday at 6:30 AM and Wednesday at 9:30 AM, UNC-TV’s North Carolina Channel (Statewide).
- The North Carolina Channel can be found on Time Warner Cable/ Spectrum Channel 1276
It will also be available on YouTube starting Saturday evening at 7:30pm.

Leandro Summary &
Amicus Brief Signers

Pastors for NC Children is one of 1 44 signers to a recently submitted Amicus Brief (Friend of the Court) document that was filed with the NC Supreme Court in the 28 year Leandro v. NC Court Case. Our friends at the NC Council of Churches also signed onto the Brief, and their "Raleigh Report" this week provides an excellent summary of how we got to this point and where the case is headed later this month.
