END OF SEASON UPDATE

Hello Tiger Families,

Thank you to all our Tiger families that helped out, came down to watch a game and supported our club last weekend during our heritage round and 70th Birthday celebrations!

With just one round to go in the Home and Away season, we are on the count down to finals for our Youth sides and wind up planning for our Auskicker Tiger Cubs and Mods.

To help raise much needed funds towards these upcoming wind ups we have been successful in bidding and winning the hosting rights for the following events.  Funds raised by providing a canteen service during these events, will directly assist with paying for the wind ups for your children.  It is also a great opportunity to show other clubs our new facilities and our great club.

If you can help, please see our roster below and advise your best time slot.

HOUSEKEEPING & REMINDERS

OVAL ACCESS DURING A GAME
With finals matches approaching, please be reminded that supporters are not to encroach the field at quarter/half time.  This means no kick to kick, no listening at the huddle, no cutting across.  Penalties may apply if you are caught in breech.

GAME DAY ENVIRONMENT
It is disappointing to see our 'passion' for the game spilling over into abusive and unlike sportsman like behaviour of late.  We as a club have been sighted 4-5 Blue Cards for this ranging from coaches boxes to spectators over the past 4 rounds.  Not something to be proud of.

What does a blue card mean? How does it effect me or my team?
To learn more, click here.

The Committee is drawing a line in the sand on this matter.  Zero tolerance.  Lead by example.  Your players and children look up to you. Those who are found to be breach will front the committee to explain their actions/behaviour and maybe suspended from the club for a period of time.

Please be passionate, please cheer on our players but please cheer on good footy for both sides.  DO NOT boo, jeer, heckle or abuse players (they are children, you are adults).  If you can't control your emotions, talk a walk, get a coffee, go sit in the car.

PHOTO OF THE SEASON
Have you captured your child taking a speccy, or maybe a great shot of the team or another player?  Could it be our photo of the season?
