SHOWTIME's YELLOWJACKETS is told in two timelines, and as Season 1 was airing last winter, fans and media noticed there was no adult Van (teenaged Van is played by Liv Hewson). The assumption was that Van did not survive, but some observers openly suggested that if Van did manage to live, Lauren Ambrose would be the perfect choice to play the character as an adult. Fast forward a few months ... and Ambrose (HBO's SIX FEET UNDER) has been cast in the role! Season 1 of YELLOWJACKETS is on Crave now, and Season 2 starts production later this month in Vancouver.
