Dear Friends,
The Moon was incredible last night and the sky was finally clear. I went out to take a look and Bam. One might have been a firecracker or even a couple or a bunch if they were close together. But they weren't. My city ear said gunshots. I walked in my house and turned off all the lights in the front. Makes me sad.

For the first time this summer I walked to the pool and back. My knee, doing it's job. it made me happy. And it was fun to watch the two people i knew who were racing.
They didn't start at the same time, but there was another guy i knew and their times were about 40 seconds apart! good for them! Although the 16 yo won fastest in age group. The world needs crazy people of all kinds. It was an incredible day for it. I told them both swim training starts in June, next year.
