Dear fellow laborers, 

Here’s a little glimpse of what we’ve been up to the last few months!
 

Praises	Requests
Jonathan's been director for almost four months now! Thank you for your words of affirmation on his new appointment!	Prayers for continued strength and for a deputy (assistant) to work alongside him!
After nearly four months Jonathan now has a secretary!!!	Pray she will learn the job well and be a great asset to Jonathan and the office team!
A month ago, we gained a new member to our family, a 5-year-old, so she can attend the missionary school here in town! She is doing incredibly well.	Pray for Z, that she will continue to do well both at school and in our home! Pray for us to have the stamina to care for a little one again!
Our other little girl, 8 years old, (whom we get to care for from time to time) accepted the Lord a couple months ago!	May God protect her as she grows up in a M* household. May she be able to continue coming to our house regularly to learn from God's Word!
One of the jobs Bonnie did this summer, was setting up houses here on the old campus for some of the new teachers to move into!	Pray for them now, our neighbors, in their different roles at school! May the Lord give them wisdom, strength and joy each day!
The school (where our neighbors are working at) started about five weeks ago!	Pray for them as they are very short staffed in the secondary level. They are having to do most of their classes online, which is a challenge in this part of the world!
Bonnie started up her literacy classes a couple weeks ago (on the old school campus).	Pray for her students (all adults and believers at the moment). May they grow in the knowledge of His Word as they improve in their reading and listening skills!
We've passed the threat of another flood this year!  We got some good rains, but the water stayed in the river where it belongs!	Pray that the dike the government has been tirelessly rebuilding and fortifying this summer, will remain strong and that the water level won’t exceed its height

 

Big thanks to you, our financial supporters who have supported us for so many years; some the whole time we've been here, and some for a couple years! We so appreciate all of you!	We pray that God will bless you abundantly and supply all your needs according to His great riches in Christ Jesus!
Big thanks to you, our prayer warriors who pray for us regularly; some every day, some once/week. We so appreciate all your prayers!	We are feeling your prayers and seeing them played out as Jonathan has had incredible strength these last four months and I have had strength and wisdom to do my different tasks.
