Hello MUEEC members!

Melbourne University Electrical Engineering Club (MUEEC) has invited you to attend our 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year's committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been doing, and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future.

The agenda for this year's AGM can be found here, along with the MUEEC constitution (We are in the process of obtaining approval for some constitution changes, so the constitution linked may change in the next few days. We will notify you via email when that happens).

Additionally, the 2021/22 Treasurer's Report can be found here. 

We highly encourage anyone interested in joining our committee, to come forward and nominate themselves to take part in the MUEEC committee for the next year. Our position descriptions can be found here. The available positions are:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Education Officer
  • ARRP Director*
• General Committee:
  • Diversity Officer 
  • ARRP Officer (x2)
  • Industry Officer
  • Events Officer
  • Digital Media Officer (x2)

Please nominate yourself (or someone else!) to be in the running for any of the positions through the nomination form. If you are running for a position, please prepare a short 1-minute introduction for the AGM introducing yourself and why you would like to run for the position, so we can all get to know you :)

You MUST be a MUEEC member through the UMSU website in order to vote at a club general meeting. If you are not a member or you are not sure whether you have signed up through the UMSU website, you can do so here.
