Good afternoon,

I wanted to provide some guidance ahead of tomorrow, when 15,000 MNA nurses will vote on whether to authorize a strike. If you missed that news last week, you can find the announcement at this link.

Tomorrow, voting will take place in-person throughout the day and into the evening. Results are not expected until late tomorrow night.

Once results are available, the high-level outcome of the vote will be sent out in a news release late tomorrow night. The following morning, Tuesday, August 16, nurses in St. Paul and in Duluth will hold media availabilities to share additional detail on the vote results and to take questions from the press.

Details on those media availabilities are included below – this information will be re-sent tomorrow as well.
