Dear Qi-friends,

Just a small correction/update to my end of summer schedule:

The summer schedule will continue for the next 2 weeks, with my usual Yoga and Qigong offerings.

The last week of August (week of Aug. 28th), I will be offering both yoga classes (Monday Flow and Wednesday Restorative) only (no Qigong that week).

There will be a break from live classes the week of September 4th. Recordings from the previous week’s classes will remain available to DYA members.

The Fall Term begins September 11th, for a 12-week stretch of weekly flow and restorative yoga and Qigong classes, all of which will be uploaded and made available to DYA members.

September 13th will be our live Tiger’s Waist practice, which will be recorded, uploaded, and made available for the whole term. The following live TW will be Oct. 4th… (one a month)

The Fall Qigong course on the 8-Brocades begins in September:

Learn and practice the Eight Brocades Qigong according to ancient Taoist Master Li Qingyun. Considered the root of all other Qigong exercises, they are very effective for attaining good health, vitality, and longevity. These are performed while seated on a cushion or chair and are accessible to all.

Followed by 12 weeks of classes - Thursdays 5-6pm (on Zoom or in-person at Taghum Hall), running September 15th to December 8th (No class October 13). Pricing is $15/drop-in or $150 for the full course. All classes will be recorded, uploaded, and made available for a year for DYA members as well as for those who purchased the course.
