Hey everyone,
It's a LOT of work putting a live poker event together, but damn does it feel great when all the pieces align and you can make the official announcement that it's going to happen! 😁
As noted in previous newsletters, our third Mixed Game Festival will be taking place in Malta, from October 25-27, and I've just published our announcement that reveals the main details.
We've partnered with some wonderful organizations including BadBeat Clothing, Pokercoaching.com, and D&B Poker, who've stepped up to provide some great added value for our players. Full details re: the giveaways and freebies will be released in the coming weeks.
This time around, our main focus will be introducing mixed games to what's primarily a Texas Hold'em-playing crowd.
The Malta Poker Festival -- under whose auspices our events will be taking place -- is stacked, as always, with some great (overwhelmingly Hold'em) tournaments on the schedule. So we're aiming to pique the interest of the thousands of players who will be at the Portomaso Casino and show them just how much fun mixed games can be.
Whether you dive in headfirst to our €230 HORSE tournament or prefer to gingerly dip your toes into our €5/10 fixed limit cash games, a fun-filled experience is guaranteed!
What Else is Going On?
"Same old, same old" I suppose. As the summer wears on, we continue to consistently publish the poker content you crave, some of which you'll find below in case you might've missed it.
Admittedly, not every article we publish is a "home run", but the important thing is to keep on "hitting singles" and I'm exceedingly proud that Cardplayer Lifestyle continues to do that day in and day out.
We have been averaging about 35 newly published articles per month for the last 2.5 years, meaning that pretty much every day -- including weekends and holidays -- you can expect something new from us, including the occasional gem.
... and speaking of gems 😁, in our latest giveaway one lucky newsletter subscriber will win a FREE eBook copy of the new GTO Poker Gems, by James 'SplitSuit' Sweeney. All you've got to do is read our review of the book, and email me the name of our (awesome) contributing writer who penned it. The fourth person who does so wins the contest.
Good luck, and I wish you all a wonderful day,
Robbie
