Tomorrow begins our August Kindness Campaign in Brier Park! We'll be meeting at the Hamstra's at 10am to drop off BBQ invites & candy. August 24th at 7pm is a prayer walk for the neighbourhood and the BBQ is Saturday the 27th from 11am - 2pm. Contact Erin for more info.

If you've been around FH for a while you've likely heard many of the things Dave spoke about on Sunday. Today is a great day to stop and evaluate how you are actually doing at living these things out... As Christians it's our calling to take the Kingdom everywhere and help eliminate systemic poverty (financially, socially, spiritually, relationally). What's your part to play in all this? What's a step you can take? Are you working to get the Kingdom into people or just people into the Kingdom? The marketplace (the heart of the nation) has already been redeemed by Jesus, as His follower how are you doing at reclaiming the part of it you find yourself in every day?

Dave finished with some common things we can think when we hear a message like Sunday's, along with the truth of what is possible through Jesus. Take some time in prayer this week to declare these truths over the things God is calling you to be and do to see 'His Kingdom come here on Earth as it is in Heaven':
“It’s too hard"… For who? Followers of Jesus who made a way for us, through whom we can have his mind and for the one who created it all? It’s not too hard.
"It takes too long"… For who? We who are eternal beings, and for whom generational promises are fulfilled sometimes long after we leave THIS earth? It does not take too long.
"I don’t know how"… Says who? Says those who have The Kingdom of God inside them and who can hear the voice of the Holy Spirit and can do all things through Christ who strengthens them? You and God will figure out ways to do EXACTLY what you’re anointed to do.
