Meet our new Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager!
Hi everyone! I’m Mabry Busby, the new graphic designer and social media manager here at Charlotte Lit. I'm excited to finally make my official newsletter debut!
I’m a native of Knoxville, Tennessee (go Vols!) and recently graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a degree in New Media Design. I’ve been writing since I was six years old, so Charlotte Lit is the perfect way to combine my love for graphic design and creative writing. I’m also passionate about human rights and activism, and I want to use my design as a way to make change and elevate the voices of marginalized communities.
My poetry, design, and photography has been published in the last four editions of Signet, Queens’ annual literary magazine. My favorite things include video games, theatre, and my friends and family. If you see me at an upcoming event, make sure to say hi!
