We all understand the importance and value of getting fresh air, eating well, exercising, sleeping soundly and keeping a low stress profile. The course I will be offering addresses these concerns. I'll be presenting a doable cleanse program, explaining how it works and why, along with simple traditional and updated practices and methods for rejuvenation and regeneration. We’ll be taking a vast amount of information and simplifying it for us to easily understand and apply to our daily lives.
The program is simple in design and will focus on removing and detoxifying the conditions that interfere with the body's capability to rejuvenate and regenerate. We'll explore proven ways that cleanse the body-mind while learning to activate our built-in rejuvenating and regenerative processes. Our goal is a high level of physical health, mental clarity and spiritual well-being.
I'll address the immune system, the brain and the pineal gland, our gut microbiome, the importance of sleep, nature and the 5 elements, our liver and blood and other topics.

We’ll learn about diet, breath, meditation, adaptogen herbs along with many other natural and traditional ways to uplevel our lives.
All you'll need to do if you choose to do the course cleanse is a high-speed blender and the willingness to put the time and focus in to accomplish your personal health and wellness goals.
Our Cleanse and Rejuvenate class will begin on Thursday August 25, 2022 and will run for 4 weeks, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 pm till 7 pm at the University of Hawaii Maui campus. Now is the time to sign up for the class. The link below takes you to the class registration.
