• For our invested J-Life Africa Board and Lead team.  It's so encouraging to work alongside people who push us further and challenge our thinking.
• For the opportunity to be a Content provider for the YouVersion Bible app.
• For the opportunities that we have to coach and disciple small groups of people within our own community and beyond and to see the growth in individuals lives.
• That the Lord has been so good in continuing to grow the movement - many people are being equipped and mobilized to make disciples.
• For 5 nights away as a family in the school holidays
• That our kids are all doing fine ... Jordz was away for 7 weeks with a missions organisation doing work in Greece and France.  It was a good time of growth for her and a great experience as well as being quite challenging at times. We were very glad to have her home again!  She is now in her second semester of Social work and still very involved at church which is great.  Nate turned 18 on the 10th of August and had a fun surprise birthday party.  He only has 3 months of school left and is due to write his prelim exams in a few weeks ... BUT he fractured the base of his thumb at rugby a few weeks ago .... so is in a hand brace for 6 weeks!  He is not too concerned but will need to write the upcoming exams with a scribe which is not too much fun!  He was involved at the church holiday club in the school holidays which he loved and has started running a life group for teens which is great!  Jamie celebrated his 10th birthday on the 15th of June which was fun.  He also got his passport which he is very happy about AND changed schools at the beginning of August - so lots happening in his little life.  He has settled quickly into his new school and is loving the big environment.
• For Lorna celebrating her ..... 50th birthday in August - we are so grateful to the Lord for 50 wonderfully rich years of family, friends and ministry! The Lord has been so kind and faithful in SO MANY ways!!!
