I have been experimenting for a long time with how and where my soul-focused astrology and Breath of the Soul™ as distinct modalities might overlap and enrich each other.

The time has come to explore this intersection of Sky+Breath in a live setting! I'm inviting you into a unique Breath of the Soul™ online group experience on Friday, August 12. This invitation is going out only to current Breath of the Soul practitioners and practicing enthusiasts.

In this short workshop that I'm calling My Chart in My Body, we'll be somatically and energetically introducing the consciousness-energy of our birth Sun sign (Aries through Pisces) into our Center and then I will guide you through a specific type of BOS practice. We'll explore our birth Moon sign through BOS as well.
