436 Athlone site plan open house
With my apologies for a follow-up email, I missed including notice that we're hosting an open house to look at the site plan for 436 Athlone during the evening of August 15. Get those details here. I've received a bit more correspondence on this one than is typical for a site plan application. It's important to note that this is not a re-zoning application - the zoning allows for the three-storey apartment building being proposed, including with no parking. The site plan process will look at the technical details of the building such as the landscaping plan, how garbage is handled, HVAC location, etc.
