Skyfri, solar plant operations, has raised 51MNOK from All Iron Ventures, Speedinvest, Tie Break Ventures, Saber, Greenlight Ventures, Nergaard Investment Partners, and others. Link ($)

Sharebox, maker of self-serve key sharing boxes, has raised 41MNOK from Gumpen Gruppen and others. Link ($)

Text analytics company Anzyz Technologies has raised 40MNOK from Jakob Hatteland, Asteroidebakken, Hodne Invest AS, Maximus Trust, and others. Link

Sustainable concrete maker Saferock has raised 37MNOK from Equinor Ventures, GC Rieber, and Awilco. Link

Health technology company Dignio has raised >35MNOK in a round led by Hugo Maurstad.  Link ($)

Rift Labs, LED lights for vertical farmers, has raised 17MNOK in a round led by Karbon Invest. Link

Logistics automation company OmniMod has raised 15MNOK from Element Logic. Link

Lipscore, a platform for customer reviews, has raised 6MNOK in a round led by Leif Jørgen Moger and Midas Group. Link

Dealflow, an invoicing solution for influencers, has raised 4MNOK. Link

Carbon removal company Inherit Carbon Solutions has raised an undisclosed amount from Equinor Ventures, Stratel, and StartupLab. Link

Whee, cargo-bike-as-a-service, has raised an undisclosed amount from Spike Ventures. Link

Battery maker ZNL Energy has raised an undisclosed amount from Jan Børge Sagmo, Finn Blydt-Svendsen, Dag Skansen, and others. Link

Personal finance service Defero has been acquired by Axo Finans for 200MNOK. Link ($)

PE firm Hitecvision has raised a new 10BNOK fund focused on renewable energy. Link ($)

Abelia with a report on entrepreneurship in Norway: while Norway is ranked as the best country to start a country in amongst those surveyed, fewer people are starting companies now than during the pandemic (and Norway ranks as no 20). Gloomy stuff. Link

Climate crisis tracker: The atmosphere is filling up with CO2. We must avoid a level of 450 parts per million. Current level: 417.3ppm (12 months ago: 414.3ppm, likely to exceed the target in 8-13 years).
