Latest Podcast, RHAM OUT LOUD Episode #8222: “The Future of CSA!” part 1 https://youtu.be/TlYcDKzJmgQ
Take a watch or listen — I’m rebooting the “Rham Out Loud” podcast. Not a “re-boot” in the true sense of the word, but something more consistent, without a mustache, and hopefully good enough that a) you come back for more, and 2) you want to join me behind this here camera one day and say words .. both are acceptable and will keep me in check and my schedule on point. So really, thanks. But really, if you want to kick it with me in the Cooler Room (that’s where I’m filming a few of these) then please reach out to me. I’m pretty easy to find. Email is good, texting is better.
The Dog Days Of Our Lives Can Be Ruff If Your Feed Hurts
Dog days, they say. Okay. It’s hot out; that’s really all I can see and feel at the moment, but every now and again thoughts of autumn start seeping their way through, perhaps through a crack it found one early morning at sunrise — the temperature outside was perfect and did not suggest it was August at all, but perhaps late October, early November maybe, light breeze.. ah.. it was nice, huh? Got me to thinking about pumpkins and spice and everything nice….. then BAM, high noon comes and it’s 104 feels like 111. Dog days. Ruff.
But the truth is, it ain’t fall yet, y’all. Soon enough. Until then, soak in some more vitamin D, drink your water, get active, start the process to “Unprocessing*” your life…winter is coming eventually and you want to be ready. (*”Unprocessing” here refers to food, and I’m not about to jerk the wheel sideways this week and take you down bumpy dirt road on “feeding, fueling, and finishing” ((although what a name for a podcast!!) because a Captain’s Log just ain’t the place.. but, take this as a bit of groundwork being laid for eating more fruits and veggies later on.)
See what happened? There was some sort of glitch when I mentioned fall, and cooler weather, and sweet muffins and scones and what-not and my mind told my fingers to remind your brain through words, of my own I might add, to watch what you eat by looking in the mirror. Simple as that. But remember. Reflection is only half of you.
No need to re-read or try to decipher .. I’ve got a team on that at this very moment. In fact, you may have just read something that I’ve not even written yet.
Figure that one out.
Last chance to catch the summer musical “Annie” now showing at the Fort Smith Little Theatre, live music up and down the Avenue and all over the Fort Smith River Valley, so, please, if you will, get up, get out, and Love Fort Smith Out Loud!
