THEME OF THE SHOW:
“Pollinators need you. You need Pollinators.”
This show will focus on pollinators and what they pollinate. They are responsible for one out of every three bites of food.
Who are pollinators? Birds, Bats, Moths, Butterflies, Beetles and Bees.
What do they pollinate? Fruits, vegetables, nuts, plus one half of the world’s oils, fibers and raw materials. Flowers are sources of nectar and pollen.
We are encouraging art from all types of media (fiber, clay, wood, metal, glass, paintings, drawings, etc) to illustrate pollinators and what they pollinate and visit.
