Dear CCS Parents,
We can't wait to see you in just a few days!! Below you will find important details and instructions for Registration Day. There are links for everything you need! As we kick off the year, please take a moment to check out our parent website - calvaryschool.info. This is a very helpful resource that you can refer to throughout the year! You will find all of our past newsletters under the "Friday Flash" link at the top of the page as well as links for the Parent/Student Manual, Uniform Standards, school calendar, student forms, T-shirt orders, hot lunch orders, and more!

There are several components to Registration Day! Below find an agenda and overview for what to expect. Students may wear free dress (non-uniform clothing).
Registration | 8a-12p | Courtyard
Walk through various stations in the Courtyard to confirm all info has been submitted. These do NOT need to be completed in order!
Station #1 -- Check-In
- Have all student forms been completed?
(Click HERE to complete student forms and HERE to order T-shirts/sweatshirts)
- K/1st grade students - Has your required School Entry Physical Form been submitted?
- 7th grade students - Have you submitted proof of your required TDap and Varicella immunizations?
Station #2 -- Medication
Please bring any medication that needs to be administered during the school day in the original container and THIS FORM completed by your child's doctor.
Station #3 -- Parent Volunteer Forms
Any parent who wishes to volunteer, must complete the forms listed below. Please download, print, and complete these forms prior to coming.
Station #4 -- Athletics (4th-8th grade only)
-Purchase PE Clothes (5th-8th grade only)
-Order CCS Athletics sweatshirt (optional)
-Submit Athletics Medical Waiver (for students trying out for after school sports)
Uniform Exchange | 8a-12p | North Courtyard
Purchase gently used school uniforms for low prices ($3-$10). All monies raised go towards the CCS Scholarship Fund.
Pancake Breakfast | 8:30-10a | Fellowship Hall
Enjoy a FREE pancake breakfast, reunite with other CCS families, meet new families and greet the teachers. Thank you to our amazing PTF for hosting the breakfast!
Meet the Teacher | 9-11a | Classrooms
1st grade - 5th grade classrooms will be open and teachers will be present to meet you!
Kindergarten Orientation | 9-9:45a | Samsvick Chapel
Meet your child's teacher, hear important information about Kindergarten, and instructions for the first day of school. You may visit the classroom when orientation concludes.
Middle School Orientation | 9:30-10a | Student Underground
Meet the Middle School Team! Students will receive their class schedules. You may visit the classrooms when orientation concludes.
