Another perfect summer week for our gazpacho!
Little secrets - things I've done with gazpacho besides enjoying as a cold soup: I warm it and top seafood and chicken with it, throw it in the blender to smooth it out even more for Bloody Marys (hello), use it as a chili base, mix into turkey meatloaf, as salsa (add some chopped red onion, olives and avocado!) or a soup base.
