Step Up Sunday

August 21st  

August 21st will be our "Step Up Sunday" for our Grace Kids Classes. All children moving into the next age-level class are invited to transition up. Kids entering Kindergarten will now join the K-1st class. Kids entering 2nd grade will join the 2nd-3rd grade class. And kids entering 4th grade will join the 4th-5th grade class.

Students entering 6th grade are now invited to join the middle school youth group on Wednesday evenings! Of course, transitions can be difficult for many children so if your child would like to take their time moving into the next class or if you have any questions about what this change will mean for your child, please contact our children's ministry coordinator, Janel Elliott or our Family Pastor, Ross Skjold. 

Women's Kickoff

September 29th    |    6-8pm    |    At Peninsula Grace

Come join other Peninsula Grace women for our fall kick off of women's ministry events.  Dinner will be provided with an opportunity to decorate your own cookies.  The cost is $15 per person.

All-Church Labor Day Camping Trip

September 2nd-5th

Save the date for our annual Labor Day church camping trip! Every year our body heads out to Hidden Lake and reserves a whole loop of spots to share for the weekend. You can stay for part or all of the weekend dates.

Wednesday Nights are Back

Starting September 7th

Wednesday evenings at Peninsula Grace we have opportunities for the whole family to grow in the Word and fellowship together. For our littlest children, we have nursery and preschool classes with age appropriate Bible stories, singing and playing. For elementary age kids, we have a discipleship program that helps children learn to dig into the Word. Youth group for Middle School students, and a women’s Bible study, a prayer group and the Foundations class, all for adults, round out the groups that meet.

The whole evening is kicked off with dinner at 5:15. You are invited to come check it out!

Help With Wednesday Dinners

Starting September 7th

With Wednesday Night Programs starting, that means that our dinners are starting as well! We are in search of volunteers to help with a few different things including; Dinner co-lead, setting up tables, meal prepping, and doing dishes. While these might not be the most glamorous jobs, they are exactly what we need to keep providing Wednesday Night dinner!

Welcome Home Group

Starting September 22nd    |    Thursdays     |      6pm

Welcome Home Group is an eight-week, small-group introduction to our church family—who we are, what we believe, how we function, and how you can get involved. If you’re curious about taking the next step toward life at Peninsula Grace beyond Sunday mornings, this is a great chance to dip your toe in the water.

New Reading Plan 

May 30th- September 4th

Over the summer of 2022 we'll walk through two sermon series as a church body. First, during the month of June we'll discover what True Belonging within the family of God can be. And then in July and August we'll dive into Daniel to learn what it means to live as strangers in a strange world under a sovereign king. 

Each Monday and Sunday we'll read the sermon passage for the week. Every other day of the week we'll be reading books whose main themes coincide with the main themes of our sermon series. Additionally, there will be a daily reading from Psalms and Proverbs. 

If you get behind- don't worry about it! Just jump in with today's reading. Let's dig deeper together!
